RETURNS + EXCHANGES INFORMATION:

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. Please note: due to the nature of our products, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items. We believe this is one of the beautiful things about owning a unique items

OUR QUALITY PROMISE:

If there is a problem with a product or an error on your order, e-mail sales@ghulio.com and we will assist you. If we’ve sent you the wrong or a damaged item, we will take care of return shipping and ship a replacement at no additional charge to you.

We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 14 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at sales@ghulio.com with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

 

Exceptions 

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:

  • Products with manufacturer warranties eg phones, electronics
  • Grocery items after acceptance after delivery

 

Shipping

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

REFUND REQUESTS:
Once the returned item is received, please allow 7 to 21 business days for the item to be verified and processed by our returns department. The original price of the item(s) plus any applicable tax will be credited back to your original form of payment.

EXCHANGE REQUESTS:
Once the returned item is received, we will process a new order for your exchange and ship it at no cost to you. If the new item is a higher price, we will contact you for additional payment; if the new item is a lower price, we will refund the difference to your original form of payment. If you request an exchange for an out of stock item, we will issue an ecomm store credit.
